Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Callyst's AI voice automation service. By using our service, our clients (e-commerce business owners) agree to the following terms.

Service description

Callyst provides automated outbound voice calls on behalf of e-commerce businesses to confirm Cash-on-Delivery orders, send delivery reminders, and collect post-delivery feedback from their customers.

Client responsibilities

• Clients must ensure they have the right to share their customers' contact information with us for the purpose of placing these calls.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of order and customer information provided to us.
• Clients agree to use the service only for legitimate order-related communication, not for unsolicited marketing.

Billing

Service is billed monthly or annually based on the plan selected, with usage limits as described on our pricing page. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for missed calls due to factors outside our control, including telephony network issues.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with notice as agreed at the time of signup.
